September 10 marked the newest class of our Access to Success (A2S) After School Academy Graduates. There were 13 graduates who were recognized by the A2S community and their parents at the ceremony. The graduates each leave the academy with the skills to succeed in the workforce in the larger global economy, having been equipped with a foundational knowledge base in strategy, communications, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Knowing that education is the most effective way to break the cycle of poverty, these graduates are the living embodiment of the beginning of a life transformed: one from a position of vulnerability with limited choices for their future to a position of empowerment with the choice and agency to dream, hope, and explore what their future could be.
