Blood Drive on Monday: Help Fill the Urgent Need
The American Red Cross needs your help immediately.
Monday: October 21, 2:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Davidson College Presbyterian Church Congregation House – 218 Concord Road
Hurricane Helene has caused significant devastation across the Southeast. Hundreds of blood drives were canceled, causing more than 2,500 blood and platelet donations to go uncollected.
Patients with cancer can’t miss treatments. Children with sickle cell disease can’t go without transfusions. Those suffering post-childbirth complications cannot go without care. Thanks to generous blood donors like you, the American Red Cross can restock critically needed blood products and remain ready to assist at every moment.
The Red Cross urges those in unaffected areas to make an appointment to give blood in the days and weeks ahead. Thank you for giving more life — and more hope.
