Bring your gently used puzzles and games leave with new ones. Don’t want to bring a puzzle or game home? Then stay and play with our puzzles and games. Puzzlers of all ages welcome! Any puzzles and games left at the end of the swap will be considered property of the Davidson Branch Library.

Babies experience brain stimulation through language and socialization. Engage your little one with new sights and sounds through books, songs, and rhymes. This group is a majorly lapsit program for babies from birth to 18 months. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Only the first 12 babies will be accepted. Please collect a ticket at the front desk upon arrival.

Concert Series: Piano Quartets of Mozart and Brahms

Internationally renowned pianist, Phillip Bush, performs two powerhouse piano quartets with Chamber Music For All. The concert will feature Mozart’s Piano Quartet No. 1 in G minor, K. 478 and Brahms’s Piano Quartet No. 1 in G minor, Op. 25. The two G minor quartets—one Classical and one Romantic—present dazzling displays of pianistic virtuosity and heartfelt tenderness. The Town of Davidson invites community members to the G. Jackson Burney Community Service Award ceremony and reception on Wednesday, November 27 at 10:00 a.m. at the Davidson Town Hall and Community Center (251 South Street). The North Mecklenburg Moravian Band will play at 9:30 a.m., and Mayor Rusty Knox will open the ceremony at 10:00 a.m. in the Auditorium. The Town is pleased to announce the selection of Frank Jordan as the 2024 Jack Burney Award recipient. We hope you will join us.
