Angél and Christian, pictured here, learn about dairy farming during DAIRY COW week. The La Escuelita children love cows and realize that there are many delicious products made from milk. They made butter and yogurt at school, which was just one of the cooking projects the children love.
La Escuelita Bilingual Preschool is making a difference in the lives of these tiny new Americans.
