Sweet Potato Souffle

1 large can sweet potatoes (1 pound, 13 ounces)
1-1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick margarine, softened
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Combine all ingredients with an electric mixer.  Bake in 9×12 greased baking dish 35 minutes at 350 degrees (or until almost firm).  Add topping (below) and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Topping:

1-1/2 stick margarine, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1-1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
