As leaders, we set the tone for our team, bringing energy, encouragement, and resilience. Our staff at Davidson Cornelius Child Development Center is rooting for one another, fostering an uplifting and collaborative environment where everyone can win and make magic.

Our classrooms are filled with smiling faces, open arms, children excited to learn and teachers passionate about guiding them. Each day, we create magical moments by laying a strong educational foundation and providing enriching experiences that touch the lives of families from all walks of life. It brightens my soul when I see our little ones developing their first friendships here. These moments are made possible because our team consistently shows up, ready to make a difference. They wear their “capes” for learning, offering loving, nurturing, and engaging environments where children feel safe and inspired.

What makes DCCDC truly special is the stability and longevity of our dedicated staff. Our team consists of the magic makers of our center, bringing passion and commitment to everything they do. Because of my staff, magical moments are a part of our daily routine.
