A mentor to Andrew since before the beginning, we can’t wait to hear what Coach has to say about the power of consistency at Soulful Supper!
As we look back over 15 years, we couldn’t think of anyone better to help us celebrate…
Coach McKillop is one of the greatest college basketball coaches of all time, bringing the Davidson Wildcats over 600 wins throughout his coaching career and leading the legendary Elite Eight tournament run in 2008. That same year, Coach McKillop earned the NABC Coach of the Year.
During Andrew’s time under Coach McKillop at Davidson, he became a mentor to Andrew and influenced him in countless ways to become the person and the leader Andrew is today. In this way, Coach McKillop has been a part of A2S since the very beginning 15 years ago!
In 2017, Coach McKillop visited Nigeria on one of our Vision Trips. On that trip he saw A2S in action and helped with our annual basketball and empowerment camp. McKillop Court still stands as a local outdoor court open for play in Benin City!
Coach is a wise leader and compelling speaker. You won’t want to miss his speech about the power of consistency. See Coach in person by buying tickets to the A2S Soulful Supper now at a2ssupper.givesmart.com!

Courtney served as a member on the A2S Board of Directors for three years, and she used her expertise to help design and organize the youth empowerment camps. She recently returned to Nigeria this past spring for the first time since 2012, where she helped develop A2S’s new curriculum in tandem with the Nigerian team.
