Peggy McBride, a mixed media artist, is opening her new gallery, Globe Studio and Gallery, this Friday, September 5, from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. She invites the public to stop by and celebrate First Friday with her.

The Gallery is located next to the Davidson Candle Company on the brick walkway between the Farmers Market and the Post Office.

McBride states, "I offer art with the earth in mind." She has paintings, assemblages, and textiles, and she also hosts workshops, exhibits, and creative gatherings.

Her website will be coming soon.
