Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Construction Manager at Risk for Davidson Fire Station 1
The layout of the proposed Fire Station 1 located on Griffith Street.
The Town of Davidson intends to engage a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for their Fire Station No. 1 located at the corner of Griffith Street and Watson Street, Davidson, NC. The selected CMAR will work with the Owner, owner’s representative, the design team, project consultants and team members to complete the scope of services detailed herein - Davidson Fire Station 1 RFQ for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)
