Shop Small in Davidson this Saturday
Dear Reader,
Small Business Weekend is upon us! There’s perhaps no better one-stop-shop for shopping small than Downtown Davidson. We are surrounded by local businesses—something we don’t take for granted.
Main Street Books has everything bookish shoppers need to whittle down their holiday shopping lists. We are packed to the brim with new gifts for book lovers.
From our hand painted “Spread love, read books” mugs, to puzzles, crochet kits, literary candles, and hand stitched felt animal ornaments from our very own bookseller, Wendy!
Here’s what else we have in store for Small Business Weekend:
Author signing and crafting event with author-illustrator Ashley Belote.
Our holiday ornament. Handmade by our bookstore elves, the 2025 Main Street Books ornament features Mike Daikubara’s painting and glittery snow that you can shake into a snow flurry.
Davidson Farmers Market Cookbook pick up. Swing by the store to pick up your cookbook preorders, or secure a copy to gift to family and friends.
