For the first time in its nearly 75-year history, the Hall of Fame will feature a dedicated experience honoring an active NBA player

SPRINGFIELD, MASS. - On Friday July 24, the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame will make history by launching its newest exhibition dedicated entirely to 12-time NBA All-Star, two-time MVP, Olympic gold medalist, four-time NBA champion, and the undisputed greatest shooter of all time: Stephen Curry.

This project represents the first time in the Hall’s nearly 75-year history that a current, active player will be honored with a dedicated feature experience.

Developed as the next iteration of the Hall of Fame’s acclaimed gallery, “The Vault,” the immersive exhibit titled Stephen Curry: Beyond the Arc goes far beyond Curry's legendary on-court accolades. Created in direct partnership with Curry’s Thirty Ink business team, the exhibit is designed to explore his multifaceted legacy as a basketball icon, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and family man.

Visitors can expect a captivating, curated journey through Curry's life and career, featuring:

  • Exclusive Memorabilia: Rare game-worn gear, championship artifacts, and Olympic ephemera
  • Rare Footage: Archival video tracing his journey from an overlooked college prospect to a global superstar.
  • First-Hand Storytelling: Immersive audio and video components that capture the emotion and heart of a true champion.

The Stephen Curry: Beyond the Arc experience promises to be an unparalleled attraction, offering fans an intimate look at a superstar of basketball - and a superstar of life.

The exhibit is scheduled to open to the public July 24 at the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts.

"We are thrilled to partner with Stephen and the Thirty Ink team to bring this unprecedented exhibit to life," said John Doleva, President & CEO of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. "Stephen has not only redefined how the game of basketball is played, but he has also set a blueprint for what it means to be an exemplary role model.  We appreciate his personal involvement in helping bring his story forward to 'The Vault' while he is still actively building his legacy.  This is truly a historic moment for us and for basketball fans worldwide."

Quote from Stephen Curry

“Being part of the Basketball Hall of Fame in this way is hard to put into words,” said Stephen Curry. “When I think about my journey, I think about the people who believed in me, the work that happened when nobody was watching and the moments that shaped me on and off the court. To have that story told while I’m still playing is something I don’t take lightly. My hope is that fans walk through this experience and feel the joy, the purpose and the gratitude that basketball has given me, and maybe see a little bit of their own journey in it too.”

Quote from Mike Dunleavy, General Manager of the Golden State Warriors

“I could not think of anyone more fitting of this incredible honor than Stephen Curry,” said Golden State Warriors General Manager Mike Dunleavy.  “For him to become the first active player to have an exhibit in the Basketball Hall of Fame is a testament to what he represents to the game, to the Warriors, to the NBA and to his millions of fans around the world.  Obviously, this is only a prelude to his eventual induction in Springfield, but a fitting tribute to an iconic player and an amazing human being who has singlehandedly changed the game.”
