FINANCE & AUDIT COMMITTEE

The Chair of the MPTA Finance & Audit Committee has called for a special meeting of the committee to be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, located at 600 E. Fourth Street, in room 266. The meeting is open to the public.

The purpose of the meeting shall be to consider items the following Agenda Items:

4. PUBLIC COMMENT
5. REPORT OF THE CHAIR
6. STAFF REPORTS

1. Adopt Revised Committee calendar
2. Adopt Budget Calendar for FY 2028

FOR RECOMMENDATION TO EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:

1. Board of Trustees Travel & Expense Reimbursement Policy            

FOR DISCUSSION OR PRESENTATION:

1. Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program Development 
2. Discuss Initial FY 2028 Budget Focus Areas                         
3. REPORTS TO THE COMMITTEE
